RETURN POLICY


In the rare event you’re not happy with your purchase, your print arrives damaged or something goes pear-shaped at any stage, please email me as soon as possible with photographs & a summary of the issue. I’ll do everything I can to sort it out.

Images displayed in my print shop are intended to be a preview of the printed product. Slight variations might occur from what you see onscreen & what is printed due to factors such as different screen calibrations & brightnesses.

I have invested in professional equipment & taken the necessary steps within my workflow to ensure prints reflect my vision & are as close to what is seen on my calibrated screen as possible.

I am confident the prints dispatched from my print partners are accurate, therefore refunds/ returns/ replacements will not be available for slight color/ brightness differences.
