Food Industry Engineering, a consultancy business offering worldwide training services in food processing.

I joined FiE in 2016 as a freelance designer creating text book illustrations. My role expanded shortly after to assist in more areas.

  • "My Australian business, Food Industry Engineering, has been providing training in the food processing industry since 2000, until 2015 in Asia & Thailand only. In 2016 we presented our first course in Norway - with a promising, but limited response. It was at that time that Tracey started to do graphic work for us - redesigning our website, preparing course pages, registration forms, brochures, illustrations, designing for books we have published & setting up online sales from our website. With that assistance —

    • Participation & the variety of courses offered in Norway have increased, with us offering programs there every year.

    • We were also able to offer annual programs in Switzerland, Chile & South Africa, as well as occasional programs in New Zealand.

    • We have published 3 professional level text books, with sales across the world.

    Tracey’s work has been integral to promoting our training & books with a professional image as well as detailed information to limit our need to answer individual enquiries. It has also streamlined how we receive registration details from participants & how we sell text books."
